Very nice Doctor, very thorough. Love her. Rudest secretary. Office staff isn't nice or accommodating. This doctor is doing herself a disservice by keeping them on board. Impossible to get an appointment. Was actually told by the secretary "The doctor has a family to get home to, we don't do add ons."

Do not waste your time with this doctor. Her priority is delivering babies. Doctor and Office has no follow-up protocol. Appointment times go past scheduled times one plus hours. When doctor is out delivering babies, no calls or messages were received by staff to reschedule appointments. I have left several messages and received no return calls. Previous appointment doctor come into room and had arms crossed across her chest and said 'What can I do for you?' She acted like she was annoyed and doing some kind of favor for me, when in reality she has done nothing. Doctor does not respect your requests or comments.

This doctor has a very cold and arrogant approach to relating to her patients.

Very eager to make the point that you as a person don't know anything about your own body.She lacks the quality of empathy or and sort of compassion. Cold textbook and not a friendly person in general. Not someone you would want looking after your health interests.

Dr. Baker-Palmer herself is a fantastic doctor. However, she's very busy so it can be difficult to get in to see her, and appointments can feel rushed and leave you with questions.Katie at the front desk is awesome...friendly, compassionate, and great at rapport.The low rating is due to the nurse. Trying to get an appointment, prescription refill, or even just speak to her is a nightmare requiring multiple calls and much beating of your head against a wall. Her lack of responsiveness on one occasion led to several days in withdrawal from a medication. Good times.I am currently seeking a new doctor, in large part due to her nurse.

Dr. Rebbca Baker Palmer and the staff are AWESOME. Wait time is 10 minutes or less after check in. All are very concerned and listens. Very helpful in any way possible. Dr.and staff are very down to earth and easy to talk to .
