3 weeks into a 7 week stay and LOVING IT!!

Well, you have a choice where to stay in New Haven.......there is only one choice for me, THE OMNI!!!

The helpful courteous staff makes me feel like home. If you get a chance say Hi to one of the Mike's that greet you at the front door. Great guys.

If you interact with sales you have to meet Julia!! What a perfect model of customer service and guest relations. I have had many special circumstances during my stay when Julia came to the rescue.

Walk through the lobby in the morning or after work and there is a staff member to great you with "Hello or Good Morning!" I mean what hotel cares to position staff to make sure you are greeted?

OK, now lets talk FREEEEE WATER!!!! Yes, unbelievably I am talking about thier free water and apple setup at the end of the day. I pour a cup of water, kick it back and find to my surprise they put lemon in the water. Refreshing, I have arrived back to my temporary sanctuary!!!

This out-of-towner from Kansas, says Omni is a must stay!!!
