Horrible horrible horrible the way we the tenants get treated. Mold all over the house, gas boiler problems, dirty vents, no maintenance.

Please look elsewhere.

Their ramp ,to the office, does not have enough room for a wheelchair to turn around on. clearly anti disable, plus most of shier buildings are poorly maintained.

Horrible company horrible owners wish I looked at reviews before going threw them. Had the amazing chance of actually dealing with Mandy himself who was the rudest of them all. Threatened to not return my money due to him not liking my attitude because no one let him speak. Please don't waste your time and money while it may be cheap places dealing with them was the worst experience I have ever had and only had to do it twice. Good luck to you all.

Appearances can be deceiving. This company will give you the runaround, and put off necessary repairs. Beware the roach and rodent infestations on their properties, as well. They make millions on their properties across the Eastern seaboard by providing slum-quality apartments to anyone they can trick into a lease. Be careful. A one year lease can drag by slowly in a hell-hole.
