Went to Jet for the first time back in October 2010, as a reccomendation from a friend. Big store, nice, different than most cleaners, but was guardedly optomistic.



Was really happy with the job. My blouses and slacks were pressed nicely, and a tomato sauce stain came out the blouse. The next few visits were equally satifactory.



Recently, I needed a suit altered on short notice for an interview. The girl at the counter (Tori..I think) was wonderful and lined me up with the in-house tailor and they got job done fast and correctly.



I've used the online coupons and find the prices about average (so the coupon helps), and I find the quality good. I like that they are open til 7 pm, I was surprised they were also open on Sunday, although I oly been there during the week.



Nice all-around business.

Needed a suit and tie for an interview and got same day service, All items were cleaned and pressed well. Tie had a major stain and they got it out...surprising. Easy parking and they take american express.

Jet Cleaners is one of those wonderful, family-owned, neighborhood businesses that makes New Haven feel like a small town. The staff is friendly and knows their regular customers by name; my weekly drop-off and pick-up of cleaning is a pleasant experience. Most importantly, they are good at what they do - dry cleaning, laundering shirts, and tailoring - and are reliable about having clothes ready when promised. I've had them clean everything from suede jackets to oriental rugs.

New service for Jet...super convenient. They come by my house twice weekly. I just leave a bag at the front door. Monthly billing to a card. Dry Cleaning has never been easier!!

I brought Jet Cleaners my off-white North Face down jacket for cleaning on the advice of my friend. This coat was a filthy mess. I just picked it up yesterday and was amazed how clean it was. Thank you...you guys are awesome :)

I have been using Jet since the summer and have had steady, consistent cleaning. The customer service is excellent and I have recommended them to friends and family. Nice to see a old school family business that still remembers its roots.

I knew I was missing some pants so I went to Jet and asked them if they had anything of mine. They checked the computer system, but I had no orders outstanding. The clerk offered to look further into my history, and sure enough, found an order of clothes from April that the computer showed were picked up. She took the time to look at each historical order and walked back and forth from the rack to the computer until she found them. What effort and customer service!!! Nice to see a) the computer system they use works!!! b) there are still companies that know customer service.

I have been going to Jet for the past 7 years, ever since I started at Yale. They are quick and efficient. Love the Yale discount, which brought me too them in the first place. I find my self there on Sunday, which is great because I am busy during the week. Never had a problem...the one time stains were not removed, the owner..Mike (I think) took my jacket to the back and removed the spot while I waited. Where can you find such customer service?...at Jet Cleaners.

i have been going to Jet Cleaners for 4 years now. i am always amazed at how well my suits and shirts are laundered. there is no garment that i have not challenged them with and my expectations are always met. their counter staff is friendly and fast. in this age of lousy customer service and sub par performance, Jet Cleaners stands out. I highly recommend them.

There is no dry cleaning task that is too big, too small, too tough or too delicate for the expert crew at Jet Cleaners in New Haven. From leather to lace (and everything in between), every item of clothing we have entrusted to them has been taken care of with meticulous attention. I can't count the number of times that they have found (and removed) stains that even my close inspection had missed.

Just dropped off 5 shirts and a suit and sweater. Needed them for a Thanksgiving trip (leaving tomorrow) and they can be ready...tomorrow. Saved my a**... last minute trip to the in-laws for the holiday and I had no dress clothes. PLUS a Yale discount...wow. Jet is my new cleaners!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going to Jet for the past 2 years. Great service, hours and PARKING....something rare in New Haven.

They now have a tailor at the store for fittings. Cant say enough...they have a Yale discount and coupons online and via email. I recommend highly!!!!

Good service and staff. Open Sundays. email coupons each month help save. I signed up on their website...really nice site. easy to navigate. all in all a good experience. good cleaners.
