Attorney Melissa Buckley is a dedicated attorney. I have had the privileged of her representing my sister-in-law, mother, closing on my dream home, and most recently my daughters disability case. She is upfront with her opinions and will go above and beyond to defend her client.



The most recent case was my daughters disability case. My daughter and I decided to retain the services of Attorney M. Buckley. I gave her the facts of my daughters case after being denied various times by Social Security. She prepared the case for my daughters hearing and the decision came back denied. Attorney M. Buckley felt so confident with the case that she discussed it with my daughter and suggested that she appeal. My daughter relied on her expertise and accepted that she put in for an appeal. After a few month, the appeal was granted. She then prepared the case for the second hearing. Even with the holidays (2009) and her getting ready for her own vacation, she still took the time to email us. She reviewed the information and asked if there was any recent information that she may have missed. After three years, I'm proud to say that my daughter was granted her case.
