This was not our first birthday party at Crystal ball, and not even our first negative experience with the female employee. But this takes the cake! They hand out scooters, and someone's shoes had mud on them (it's March!). She stopped the music and said over the microphone that skating was done because someone had "dog sh!t" on their shoes. She ended skating 10 minutes before our paid time was over and proceeded to tell one child who said it was mud to go "clean it up and sniff it". She then repeated that it was "dog sh!t" and which point I asked her to stop swearing in front of all the children. My mother then proceeded to sweep their floor and the lady left, peeling out and nearly backing into a group of kids waiting for their rides! It was the most ridiculous behavior I've ever seen and will NOT go back again! One star is too high a rating for this place!
