Dave is fantastic came to my home in the dark night before thanksgiving with no notice when my spa heater broke down fixed heater and diagnosed it instantly had the parts on his truck always comes when he says he’s going to amazingly dependable very fair and a great guy thank you very happy customer Was very stressed that we were going to freeze our hot tub and ruin it and he fixed it right away.

I contacted Pool Spa Doctor this season regarding problems with the control board and also leaking jets.

Dave diagnosed and resolved the problems in a professional manner. I am now a customer and highly recommend them.

Professionals from the 1st phone call to the finished job... ! friendly staff.. expert technicians .. my pool has never looked better!

Absolute joke of a company. First off they showed up a day late! A day, not an hour or two. the kid smelled like he just smoked a joint, and was smoking cigarettes the entire time he worked. SOOOO unprofessional.. They also billed me almost double what the quote was. Have fun getting that money!

I have never been more disappointed with a company’s service in my entire life. I recently had two visits from the so called "Pool Doctor" spending around $900. The first visit they came and fixed an issue with my Jacuzzi. Then after running it for a about 30 min they turned the pump on. When it started leaking they said they had to come back again and fix the leak in the pump. After fixing the leak they left and I tried to turn the Jacuzzi on and it would blow a fuse each and every time I ran it after 20 seconds. After around 20 trips up and down the stairs to reset the breaker I called them back and informed them of the issue. They now want to charge me more to fix their inept service skills. I now cannot use the Jacuzzi and am in worse shape than before they came. The moral of the story is use another company and do not get ripped off by the Pool Doctor in New Fairfield CT. Thanks Pool Doctor or should I say Thanks for nothing Pool Ailment.
