No one ever answers a phone in any departments. No one knows anything and if you need help good luck!!! One thing they do know is where the smoke break area is because that seems to be where everyone always is.

Love this place. Low prices. Price match, Everything you need under one roof. Ive always had good help when I needed it. This is the best place in town. You know it's good or you wouldn't see the tons of people there. I'm always running into people I know up there.

I am an employee there, and I can honestly say that there really is no help available. I work in the backroom, and when I pull new stock to the floor, I get stopped quite often because there are very few sales associates, yet they won't hire more. Not a good place to go if you're going to need help. And even if you know what you want, it still takes forever because they are very few cashiers.
