The staff are not empowered to give a return, even on non tobacco items, had to return 3 times to get a manager. So if you purchase an item you better be sure, there is a no exchange, no return policy. I recommend get a giant eagle gift card, then they have choices.

bought a 16 oz. bag of tobacco and used my debit card. When I got home I realized that they had charged me $17.99. when I went to return it, unopened with receipt, I was told that all sales are final....no sign posted any where... same product at Puff & Snuff on Butler ave. $9.99...Man in front of me trying to return an electronic cigarette because the battery would not charge also told, "all sales are final." Go to Puff & Snuff on Butler Ave..about 2 miles away. I know where they got the name "TIGHTWAD"
