I would give 0 stars if possible. Incompetent work using defective parts and rude service bordering on abusive pretty much sums up my experience. I wouldn't recommend them to repair a lawn mower.

I would give Plott's Transmission Service zero stars if I could. My husband had a new transmission put in his vehicle 2 years ago at another auto service center. It's been giving him some difficulty and he has been in contact with the warranty company. The women at the warranty company recently referred us to Plott's, which is a 50 minute drive from where we live in Warren. After talking to a gentleman at Plott's about our current situation and informing him of the warranty and the far distance, he assured us that we could bring in the car to get it repaired, no problem. After driving it out there, the same gentleman called us the next morning and said he could not repair the car because he would not get paid fast enough from the warranty company. Plott's isn't concerned with how to service their customers. Plott's is only concerned about how they are going to make money. We found a much better business called Redlich Transmission in Youngstown/Boardman. Avoid Plott's if you can!
