I've taken my dog there twice. The first time, I thought maybe the dog was difficult, or they didn't understand what I wanted. The second time I even showed a picture. The dog had the exact same horrible cut. Both times the dog had burns from the razor. When I picked the dog up I was not only alarmed at his appearance, but the fact that the other three dogs waiting for pick up all had that same cut!! To worsen things, there was so much perfume in the products, the dog broke out, wouldn't stop itching, and we ended up having to bathe him again. You get what you pay for! It's worth the extra money for details that may cost time and money in the long run...not to mention the well-being of my fur baby.

Have always done an exceptional job at a very affordable price. Tried taking my ST. Bernard else where and was greated by estimates quadruple theirs... Freindly atmosphere...

Always friendly, They always treat the dogs like their own.My dogs look like mutts when I take them but when I pick them up they look beautiful.I hope she never retires, I've been taking my dogs there for 8 years.
