I live in Virginia and Nellcom has been remotely fixing my computer for several years. Fast, friendly, fair and fabulous.

Worst Service EVER! I dropped off my laptop because it had a virus. I was told it would take a week for the repair. Three weeks later it was "ready" and I picked it up. It was worse then ever and I couldn't even go online without ads popping up and redirecting to other sites on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Returned computer and they had it another week. When it was "ready" I went in to pick up and the problem was still there!!! Left it AGAIN and picked it back up a couple of days later. I was assured it was repaired. I used it for the first time and Chrome is still affected with virus. I am able to use Internet Explorer so I am removing Chrome myself in hopes of solving my issues with Chrome. So, after 6 weeks and well over $100 I am giving up on Nellcom and will never use their services again!! What a rip-off!!!!!

Nellcom provides great computer service. They let you know what is woong with your computer and how much it will cost. Give fas service also.
