Bought a stove and the employee was very rude didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Was scheduled for morning delivery on a Saturday, never told us a time frame for delivery or gave us any information. Saturday morning delivery driver calls and says he'll come between 1pm and 3pm, not even close to morning. The delivery driver told me they were over booked and couldn't get there earlier. Had a manager call me and she was no help said they don't give time frames because they don't know how full they'll be until the day of. So if you get anything delivered from Lowes expect to wait around all day, don't make any plans for that day.

A lot of the items in hardware are expensive and foreign made. Never had any problem returning an item and getting my money back
