Just wanted to say you for such great work. We have had you do our apartments for years now and am always VERY PLEASED with the carpets when done. There were some apartments that people have left a mess that is thought would never come clean and they always turn out looking like brand new. I HIGHLY recommend Lenard's carpet to everyone. If your carpets are not becoming to you then you haven't been coming to Leonard's. Thanks again for another great job. It's been 15 years we have been using your business and would never go anywhere else.

Had 1 rug cleaned, After 3 days of 3 windows open and front door plus fans running I called Lou on Mon morning. I told him either his employee used too much water or didn't suction up enough water. He told me his employee worked with him 20 yrs and they just clean the rugs and drying was my problem. Guess he forgot his employee was talking about where he previously worked. I had to use a blow dryer for the damp areas. Find a carpet cleaner who cares.
