Went into this to research engagement rings. From the moment I stepped in I was given unpleasant look from the Sales-Woman behind the counter. She never asked what I was in the store for, instead she just greeted me without asking me why I was in the store, she instead helped the person who came in 2 minutes after myself.



I patiently stood for about 10-15 minutes never again being acknowledged before I decided to leave.

Only because they make you use at least one star...otherwise I'd not even give that. I got an amethyst ring to wear when my daughter was born to give to her for her 16th birthday from Kings in Monroeville. One of the two side stones fell out before her first birthday (I wore it only on special occasions like easter, mother's day, Christmas). I returned it (and had to pay for the repair because I didn't get extended warranty - it didn't last a year) and after over a month (when I specifically said I needed it for a certain date - her baptism), I called them. A few days later, they called back and said it was in. They had to replace the stone - it didn't fit right. Nevermind that they didn't ask me if it's okay to replace the stone, it was also crooked. I had given the stone to them and they still replaced it without my knowledge or consent. When I complained Michelle said, that's just how they do things, too late to get the stone back now.
