I do not recommend this contractor.His proposal called for me to pay $39,250 up front for material,which I did pay. The balance of $22,000 for labor was to be paid at completion of the job. About three months into the job he started giving me sob stories about having kids in college and ex wife problems and could I advance him some of the labor money.That was 18 months ago and the whole project was started 22 months ago.The last conversation we had was 6 months ago and he told my wife he didn't have the money to finish the job. The workmanship is generally poor and the drywall finishing is terrible. BEWARE of this contractor!!!!
