How are you sleeping Rishel? You are a corrupt magistrate.. You should be ashamed of yourself, your family must be ashamed as well because they know.

After I spoke honestly about my alleged " reckless driving" and the officer obviously lied about the circumstances, I feel this magistrate should be investigated as to accommodating the officers he is ruling over. I spoke the truth during my hearing and the officer lied to the magistrate. He said he was over 100 feet from where he could see me driving "safely". His partner was not there to verify his story so I feel he is not telling the truth. I will appeal this decision and advise our state representatives that he should be removed as a magistrate. I spoke the truth, and I would have admitted to the fact that I made a mistake, but it's just not true. People like Magistrate Rishel should not be in office if he caters to his officers. It's a travesty and I will do everything I can to get him removed from office. He should be ashamed of himself as well as his officers since they make up stories to accommodate what Rishel wants to hear. It's no wonder people do not trust officers of the law. I'm ashamed to know any of them. I know there are a few good ones but strap a gun on some of these young kids and they believe they have the power over everyone.
