Provided by YP.comThey are rude and do not work with your doctor and insurance but rather work against it. I had letter of recommendation for medical equipment from my doctor AND per-authorization approval with my insurance provider and they still would not even submit a claim to my insurance nor provide me with the equipment do to their own policy (criteria) and position with the matter.
