Excellent coffee great taste ever very nice ppl excellent service I go atleast 3-4 times a day I love Dunkin donuts

If there was an option to give this particular store a 0 rating I would, out of 1,000 purchases I have made here I have received possibly 3 correct orders. I understand that dealing with people in the service industry is not an easy job I have worked in it myself for a great portion of my life, but giving a customer a Togo cup with lipstick lips on it is unacceptable in ALL facets of service standards then to boot when I call to speak to the manager the person I spoke to told me that the person on duty was too busy to talk to me. This was the worst experience I've had there but 100's of forgotten sugars, flavors & creams which with a person who is extremely picky about coffee like me makes it undrinkable. Being there is not the competitor in town I guess I'll not be drinking coffee anymore.
