I was looking for somewhere besides the department store to get my son's 2nd Birthday pictures. I went to Clark's because I knew the studio from high school.

Mike was very nice and patient while working with my son and I was excited to get his pictures back. We were suppose to have our pictures by Thanksgiving. I called the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and was told they were not done, but should be soon. I ended up getting them later that week.

One of the pictures I had ordered was a collage. It was supposed to have fall confeti and his name with 3 pictures, very simple. The collage ended up having a thick leafy background that took up most of the page with his pictures just bunched on one side. It didn't look like they were arranged, cropped or designed in anyway and his name was missing.

I was very polite and the desk clerk agreed that it was very poorly put together and was lacking everything I ask for (she was the one that took my original order). She said she would have it redone and sent to me before Christmas.

Well it was 3 mailing days left before Christmas and I still did not receive my collage, which I paid for the first time I was there, so I called and, again, politely ask if it was sent. The clerk had no idea what I was talking about and said she would call me back later in the day. I gave her 2 numbers that I could be reached at. It was 3:00PM the next day and she never called me back. So, again, I called her. When I ask again about my collage, she put m on hold and then said Mike was not available ( I never ask to speak with Mike, I just wanted to know if my collage was sent out). I told her I was very unimpressed witht the service and would just like refunded for the collage, seeing that no one even knows if it was sent or not. She confirmed my address and said okay. She never even apologized for the situation.

Basically, if you are thinking about going to Clark's you are better off sticking to a department store. I thought it would be worth paying the extra money for nice studio prints and I ended not getting my print at all.
