After a storm last month we started to notice we had poor water pressure in the house. So we thought our well was hit and called Book and Book. A technician (Ron) came out within 24 hours and determined that the poor water pressure was because of our filter being clogged, but our well did in fact get hit. He was knowledgeable and courteous through out the whole time he was in my home. He even got our pressure back up and told me what filter I would need. I explained that it would take some time to get the money together and explained to give them a call and they can get out there.

After a few weeks we got our appointment scheduled and Ron and Ray came to our house and did a fantastic job. They replaced everything that was damaged from the storm and extremely personable and professional the entire time. They took care of all the damaged items and explained will keep the items for our claims adjuster if needed and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside of our home. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from Book and Book Well Drilling and will most certainly use them again.
