The Billy D's Appliance store in New Castle, PA.. Will cheat you out of your money. Appliances are garbage. Traded him a brand new electric stove ,he brought me a used gas stove that lasted exactly 29 days and when I called him he said it was over 30 days. Said its on my receipt that he was suppose to bring back but never did after he delivered stove.. Billy told me stove was in excellent condition he lied. Stove and oven quit working. I wouldn't send my dog to him to buy anything. Beware of that messed up voice and limp, he uses it to get over on people. A #1 CROOK.

bought a washer was told it was checked out and worked and had a 30 day warranty. brought it home and it banged on the spin cycle. i was told a the time of the sale that they would pick up my old washer to recondition and sell it . i wait and they NEVER came or called to pick it up even after i called them. the washer banging progressively worst and finally i took it apart and found the stabilizer springs destroy and the plastic on the basket cracked and big chunks broken off. nobody checked this thing out it they did they would have seen and addressed this damage. which makes me believe that this place is bullshit the take someones junk and sell it to the unsuspecting consumer. I have repaired many appliances and thought that i would have saved some money buying this one but i have spent enough money on parts that i could have just bought a new washer....just a friendly heads up.
