Over the years I have always had good service as well as the best price on my TV's and Kitchen Appliances. If they do not have the model you are looking for they will special order it and price match big stores (Lowes as an example). I just purchased a dishwasher here & it was delivered and installed the next day plus I saved money by buying here instead of Sears. They also sell bedding but I have not purchased that so I can not comment.
