We had them come out to fix our dryer. While they did fix the dryer in an hour this company charges a fee aka "trip charge" of $49.50. This is an outrageous charge bc they drove less than a mile to our house. We were charged for the part then a service charge as well as a trip charge. We called to try and see why it was so much of a charge for driving to our house. "It is a flat rate" they said. I would find a business that either doesn't charge a fee or waves the fee after getting your money for service received or even offers a reasonable fee. We will not give them our business again.

The repair man came one week a...

The repair man came one week ago he stated he knew what was wrong and asked that I on the spot provide him with $150 to order the part. I provided him the money and he said he ordered the part it would be in in one week. Today he came back out put in the part it did not fix it. He proceeded to explain he in fact had no idea what was wrong with it. When he ordered the part it was simply a guess in the dark. On top of my washer still not being right he handed me a bill for $120.00 and explained he would send back the part. He took my money under false pretenses lieing to me that he knew what was wrong. I wish he would have told me from the beginning he didn't know and i gladly would have paid his service fee and contacted someone else he instead refused to give me my money back and now i am out money a week and i still have a broken washer. I could only wish they would do what is right and refund my money. Out of desperation tonight I contacted LG and they said it simply needed reset unplug it hold the power button 30 seconds and plug it back in. How could he not know or if he didn't he could have asked them. UGH wasted $150 and alot of time.

don't go there. I bought a belt for my dryer and when I got it home I opened it and it wasn't right. I took it back and he said that he doesn't take returns on opened items. How are you supposed to know if it works or fits if you don't open the package. Now I'm out the money and had to buy a new dryer!
