While it may see the prices are cheap it is true what they say- you get what you paid for. I recently bought an entertainment center that I paid over $700 for. After paying an additional $175 to have it delivered it arrived to me damaged in so many places, it looks to be over 10 years old. What I was replacing seemed in better shape. Their resolution? Take a $100 off the price. That in no way compensates for the over priced junk I just got ripped off buying. There are scratches, cracks and scrapes on almost every surface of this thing. I also bought a chaise chair from there at the same time and the next day the stitching started popping on it and its falling apart- another $300 wasted. Ordered a bed at the same visit that didnt come with any of the screws to put it together when it got delivered, I had to buy them at lowes and it was delivered with a main component of it missing that I now have to wait for it to arrive a week later. I called, and received no compensation or resolution other then the $100 returned to me for the entertainment center which in no way covers the extent of damage this thing has, didnt offer to compensate me for the screws I had to buy in addition that should have come with the bed but didnt and I left a message about it for someone to call me back about that as well and no one did so I had to run out and just buy the screws so I could get the bed put together on the only day we had the time to do it. When I was finally able to reach someone and told them about it, I got an "oh well" attitude like what I was saying was being completely ignored and I was being rushed off the phone like I was bothering them with my ligament complaints. I waited a long time to finally get new stuff, was excited to be able to finally do so only to end up blowing my whole tax return on worthless junk thats no better then what I had been waiting and wanting to replace. Total rip off. I would never buy another thing from there, will never do business there again. Its damaged junk, its inefficient customer service, low quality products even though its cheaper its still not even worth what was paid for it and the damage makes it all the more worthless and they dont even care to try to make it right.
