I wouldn’t let these people touch my dog they don’t even know how to speak to perspective customers over the phone horrible customer service and over bad attitude! I do not understand how they are still in business

Just used Tally Ho Mobile Pet Groomer for the first time today (4/25/11) and it was the WORST pet grooming experience we have had in the past 6 years! This is the most frightened we have have seen our dog and the worst haircut ever. Her hair is crooked and to top it off she is severely bleeding from her quick on almost every nail (which is now also all over our carpet and sofa). I would never use Tally Ho Mobile Pet Groomer again and neither should should you. I would give 0 starts if at all possible.
