Took over a year from contract to completion. Did not file all information with Commonwealth of PA. Went into Chapter 11. Now out of business. Had to find own electrician for some work and they did not pay him. Court completed Bankruptcy now out of business.

We had a lot of solar companies come to our house. Suntricity had the best approach. After we decided to go with Suntricity and pay them, it all went down hill. They kept coming up with excuses as to why they were missing deadlines. The only time they kept their deadlines was when it was our time to pay them. I learned a big lesson! Really bad customer service, will tell you anything to try to make you happy or will never call you back. Avoid this company at all cost...

Do not use this company. They do not support their products and do not return phone calls/emails. Installed a 66 panel system and have multiple panels not working. I cann't get any response from the company.

Avoid this company! I have had terrible customer service. A gutter was damaged during installation. the owner promised to pay for the repair, and even said "the check is in the mail". I had it repaired at my expense but have yet to see the repaynent. I've had a non functioning panel since August and another since October! They are ignoring my calls and emails. I now have on choice but to take legal action against the company.

Absolutely horrible experience with Suntricity of New Castle DE. Contracted with them in November 2010 And still don't have our 36 panel system installed, but they have my money! They keep coming up with excuses for delays and NEVER return my calls. I could understand if they called back to keep us informed but they don't, at all. Its the end of October and I still don't have the panels and inverters installed. Avoid this installer at all cost.

They did provide a free study, I was shocked. It is more work than I thought someone would do for free. During the free study they found I was spending $34 per month to run an old refridgerator, with some special metering system they left in my home for a week. This was worth the free study even if I didnt buy anything. The fridge is gone now. I did receive 4 other estimates from companies in the area, no one was able to offer the same products at the same prices. Also Suntricity did offer a pricing offer to match the competition prices on similiar products, and most of the installation costs have been picked up by the state or federal govt.

The products impressed me the most, I am able to log on and see what every panel produces at any time from anywhere. This system informs me and everyone else if there is ever a problem, with an email or txt message.

They also help us sell the energy. My March Bill was $11 and I also made $114 back from the grid for selling my energy, not bad. I have referred them to two other friends in Delaware who also purchased the systems.

I have encouraged them to post also.

Almost forgot, my entire system was made using only American labor. That meant a lot to us.
