My heater broke down and I went through my warranty company to submit a claim. They selected this company to perform the repair. They aren't opened on Saturdays and Sundays which is fine, but a good company would have an emergency repair service. They're supposed to specialize in heaters and air conditioners right? I called them Monday morning about 5 times from 8am to 10:30am and no one answered, nor did they ever return a call from my previous message.

I just wanted to schedule an appointment and that's hard enough. I don't want to be sitting in a freezing house all week. I called the warranty company back and asked to be reassigned to a different company and she tried calling first and couldn't get a hold of anyone. For future reference they're opened M-F and they open at 8:30am. For some reason I couldn't find this information anywhere. They reassigned me to Air Comfort Mechanical and they promptly called me while I was still on the phone with an appointment ready for me! Now that's service, maybe I will get some heat in my home this week.

Oh and if you map out the address it's somebody's house in a neighborhood. I guess it's a single contractor with a business license. He better hire a new receptionist. I'll make sure I never use them, horrible service.
