The sales person was professional in every way - - courteous and respectful! He was attentive, explained every detail of the sales transaction, gave me time to think about various options, and thoroughly explained the features of each of the types or models of the Malibu line I was most interested in leasing. The managers, supervisors and finance personnel I was introduced to and who assisted with the sale were also professional and helpful. NuCar Chevrolet is a great dealership with outstanding sales personnel!

NU Car is my go to Dealer, it is close, clean, bright and informative. I purchased our car from them and they have beat and or charged lower prices for Chevy parts and labor. And they do not take forever to repair or complete Recalls.

After an awful expierience at another local Chevy dealer I found myself at NuCar. I was so pleased with how fast I got a response about the Cruze I was interested in. Every single person who I came in contact with whether via email, phone or in person was absolutely fantastic! Alyce, helped me a ton figuring out numbers before I even arrived at the dealer. Once at the dealer I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Eric (I believe) who in turn found me Tony. I cant say enough about how wonderful Tony was. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. He was genuine and up front. Tony wasn't pushy at all and made me feel so confident in my decisions. And then the delivery and signing. Brenda made everything so fast simple and easy explaining all the details a long the way. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience!

we brought a no start diagnostic to nucar chevy after my guys couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car and we tried ignition module crank sensor coil packs they said it would be 90 bucks to diagnose the crank circuit. they call me back and said everything was fine with the cranks system. and they need another 90 dollars for another hours diagnostics. and then call me back and tells me it needs a computer or pcms some people call it. then they call me back and tell me it needs a crank sensor and I said to them you already diagnosis crank circuits and said everything was okay. well it turned out the brand new crank sensor we bought aftermarket was defective and the dealer crank sensor fixed the car and they did not put the pcm in after all.. and if this is heather treating a business to business relationship, I can imagine how they treat everyone else. years before that I bought a kia from them in 2004 brought it back tome 3 times for sticking turn signal switch under warranty second time I picked it up it turn signals didn't work at all. fourth time was the charm at delaware cadillac/kia. patronize at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!
