They have been our property management company for several years. They were not responsive once our board changed at the beginning of the year. They even began to give attitude regarding our questioning of their vendor practices, lack of process regarding bids for cost saving purposes, under budgeting of finances, serious lack of customer service by not attending meetings, misconveying information to both residents and vendors, seldom visiting the actual property itself to assess the issues, not overseeing the vendors doing work on the property, not providing timely responses to email or calls regarding important situations having to do with health issues and property damage issues; and, finally the rude attitude of their representatives. Often times when it felt like we were working for them and not them working for us. We were the ones with the checkbook so this was a really poor situation. The consensus in my community is that we are glad to see the back of them.
