HAMPTON WALK IS THE WORST!!! It's dirty as shit roaches for days!! I stop payin rent Thts how fed up I was!!! GETTIN bit up by bugs I had to move my kids out! It's jus nasty those apartments need to n knocked dwn and re built it's horrible and the people in the office are just rude as shit!! Fuck hampton walk I will see trish n Jackie in court! :)

I've been living here for 2 years love living here and and never had any problems the apartments are very very nice I recommend anybody to move in here the staff is wonderful they are very nice and helpful

I've been living here at Hampton Walk Apartments 2 years I love living here I love the apartment never had new problems the staff is very kind helpful to me the maintenance men do their best I'm getting ready to move into a2 bedroom apartment here 5 starst this partment complex and staff there great. thank you so much for let me live here Patricia Johnson

I have been living at Hampton Walk Apartments in New Castle Delaware for 18 months. I did pay more money for a renovated apartment (which includes new kitchen cabinets). However, even the more expensive renovated unit was less expensive than any other community I looked at. I really feel like Hampton Walk is an unbelievable value. The new company (Evergreen) that owns the community has totally changed the community. The property is VERY quiet now (has not always been that way). You can tell that a lot of money was put into improving the community. The Office and maintenance staff are very nice (especially the Property Manager Trish). I have only had a couple maintenance requests, but they were fixed professionally. I like that each building only has four apartments. So I only have three neighbors and all of them are polite. I am just really impressed with what Evergreen has done to transform this community and you will not find a better apartment value anywhere in Delaware. Don't take my word for it, stop by and take a look... a picture is worth a thousand words. I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone!
