Not much yet. Having trouble getting phone answered. Delivered to Manor Care all ready to be used. Nothing else to say.

My mom has been on oxygen for 3 years since being diagnosed with tricuspid insufficiency. In that time, First Choice has always been on time with deliveries. When a tank regulator was failing, they replaced it. When/if the compressor even hinted of not working properly, they came out and replaced it within an hour or two.
Their service really has been outstanding.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. Dropped off paperwork from doctor's office that was not an actual prescription and received a call saying such which was fine. Waited 2 weeks and NOTHING. So I called back only to be told "well we faxed your dr's office and got nothing back" So you just sent a blind fax to my dr's office, no phone call or anything and let me sit and wait for 2 weeks something that was NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE? So I CALL the Dr and they faxed the prescription to them and days later STILL NOTHING. Soooo I call AGAIN and say "Did you get the prescription" I get Oh yes we did. I described the unit I wanted in detail, (keep in mind we are now an entire month later with this whole thing) ONLY TO GET THE WRONG THING and had to call YET AGAIN. So now its the weekend friday to be exact and they are sending a driver on monday to pick up the wrong unit and bring what I hope is the right one and I am absolutely reporting them to my insurance company so they better not even go to sleep and dream of charging them twice.................(to be continued and what I suspect will be further jacked up with this garbage company)

It takes forever to get my supplies. Also, my son is on a cpap machine and eventually was able to stop using it. I told First Choice only to have them bother me for another 8-12 months with calls with questions and for supplies. I still deal with them because I don't like being bothered switching but if you are starting out and don't want ot be bothered with the hastle go else where.

Last Friday, expecting a delivery near 6PM at my NE, Md home, the driver dropped my O2 bottles off with my neighbors preteen children rather than walk a few more feet to my door. The bottles had NO on/off valve handles and were useless. I made about 3 or 4 calls to get SOMETHING fixed only to be told they don't fix things on weekends. I called again on Monday and they just came today. Is this what is called customer service and professionalism?

I was referred to this company by my doctor to get a bipap machine. They were very slow and bureacratic, and took a long time to schedule an appointment. My machine didn't work right, and they refused to fix it. Claimed it was working as designed. Not wanting to pay monthly rent on a broken machine I returned it. They made me sit in their lobby for 20 minutes to fill out the forms to return the broken machine. Then they continued to charge me rent for the returned machine and referred me to a collection agency. This place should be your last choice.
