I went to this nail salon for a full set. When I arrived I was greeted and ask what I wanted, once I told the lady working on another customer what I wanted a man told me to have a seat in a chair where my nails would be applied. Once seated in the chair waiting to get serviced the man who is messing with a chair told me he would be right with me. As I waited he continued to fumble with this chair for 5 or 6 minutes as I waited, once he was done he started to apply my false tips for an acrylic application. Once the man finished applying the tips on my nails I looked them over and noticed 1 nail was crooked. Then the man proceeds to tell me everyone is not perfect and my finger is crooked not the nail... at this point I’m telling this man no sir my finger is not crooked so he then tells me instead of just fixing that one nail he tells me he’s gonna take ALL the tips he just applied off and I can go somewhere else.. the process of him taking the tips off took about 10 minutes and once there was no nail residue on my nails I left.. Never agian will I visit this nail salon for service I was completely taken back by how ridiculous he was and wrong because I had already been to this salon for acrylics and I had no issues with a crooked nail but for some reason today my hand was now crooked and it was my issue not theirs..
