This company sends out scam mail in an effort to scare consumers into buying their products. The mailer mentions in bold face type WATER UPDATE. We have been unable to contact you. Call us within 72 hours.

Stay away from this company! They install product incorrectly and give false information! They do not give you a receipt at time of service (you have to request by mail). They bedded same tank within 3 months and charged me 500.00. Every time you get a different technician who has no idea what the history of system is. It has been a nightmare of a time for me! ALSO MOST IMPORTATNT: ONLY A RAINSOFT TECH CAN WORK ON THE SYSTEM, or get parts. Go with a local dealer that you can deal with any plumber.

Stay away from this business. They are behind the Home Depot "free water test" scams. They don't actually test your water. They just call you and give you ambiguous information over the phone. Buyer beware. They are a perfect example of the classic "bait and switch" company.
