My wife and I have had multiple appliance repair companies (through a warranty contract) send technicians to diagnose a faulty dishwasher of mine and no-one could get it to work right. Among the late appointments... one technician even jumped up off the floor and grabbed his tools and said find another tech, he cant fix it! RUDE!! With the warranty we had on the original dishwasher it was replaced with another model of our choice which left us with two dishwashers(one faulty).



AAA Stan's appliance came out to our home to repair an unrelated recall issue with our clothes washer and they had the courtesy to take a look at our original dishwasher to give it a once over with a fresh set of eyes. They were very helpful and with a little research they found out a faulty Water Guide Assembly unit was known to cause issues with my old dishwasher. The techs even went as far as to give me a part number and website to get the issue resolved DIY style even though they weren't at my home for the out of service appliance.



Sorry for the story but I just can't say enough good about this company after the horrible experience I had with multiple other companies. They even put boot covers on! They have a forever customer with me for sure!

the customer service was wonderful and the guy who came out really knew what he was doing. i would highly recommend this company.
