So happy we found this dentist office. They make you feel very welcome. It starts at the sign in desk and continues through your visit there. I was in desperate need of new dentures, Debbie, the woman that has worked with me is very professional, great at what she does and just a beautiful person. I am extremely happy with my new dentures. They look and fit great! All the staff is friendly and helpful. Lastly, the lady that I usually check out with, Lisa, she completes your visit with a smile, kindness and sends you out the door feeling good about your experience there. Im a new patient with new Carlisle family dentistry & even though i worked for a dentist, i was fine on that side of the chair but as a patient i have major dental anxiety & my biggest fear is needles. I must say i love love love dr. David Williams & the entire staff at N.C.F.D. i got all my top teeth pulled to get dentures & with dr. Williams sweet lil tricks he does i NEVER felt one injection. I WOULD/WILL refer anyone & everyone to dr. Williams...... He's the bomb.com (Lisa K.) New & lifelong patient.. Ill NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks to Dr. Williams & the whole staff at New Carlisle Family Dental.. Y'all are stuck with me

Dr. Nichols and Dr. Mueller have BOTH left this practice. The Staff left with them. NEW Staff is Horrible, Mis-informed NOT helpful. Made an Appointment on Monday Showed up on Thursday after a 35 minute commute one way for them to tell me the practice had changed hands yet again and the NEW dentist did't take my insurance. I had been going there for 12 years Would have been nice for them to tell me that on the PHONE and not make me drive all the way there to just walk out.

Outstanding, friendly and an excellent communicator, makes the process seem smooth and without unanswered questions.

This office was very fair and kind. He is a very honest person who listens to what the patient wants, and sometimes you cannot find a dentist who will do the procedure you feel is best.

Dr. Mueller is a great guy. I went to him because I couldnt find anyone else that took medicaid and without any hassle like I thought there would be, I was in and out. He was kind and the ladies there were very friendly.

HIghly recommend Dr. Dana Nichols. In my opinion excellent work, helped to ease my dental fears, very caring staff. Now I can smile again with confidence. Suzy
