My daughter attended Rocking Horse - New Caney for a week and a half up until 11-30-15. That's when my self (dad) and our 12 year old son decided to pick up our daughter little early 4:30 to be exact. The director's assistant asked who we were picking up and told us to head on back to my daughter's class. Before I opened the door I could hear my daughter screaming. Remind you she is 12 weeks old. I open the door to find her slumped down in a swing blood shot red to the face, foaming at the mouth and having issues breathing cause she was so upset. I jumped the little gate at the door and grabbed my daughter. Remind you my 12 year old son is with me. The 2 teachers were across the room filling out the little daily progress notes that go home with each child. As I am calming my daughter I ask why she was left in that state and in which I didn't get a answer. I then asked how many poopy diapers she had and both teachers stated none. So I get my daughters things and we leave clear as day on my daughter's report for the day it states she had 2 poopy diapers 2 wet ones and she had only drink 4.5 ounces of her milk from 720am to 430pm. Well on any other day she has 10.5 to 12.5 ounces of milk. So someone isn't filling out correct progress reports let alone your child may be in great danger due to the condition I found my daughter. When I got home and got my daughter calmed down and settled I called and asked to speak with the director and was told by the assistant director that she already left and stated her name and that she was the assistant director and asked if she could help me. So I began to tell her what took place and after 10 mins explaining she said (hold on please and let me let you speak with the director ) well hold on you just said she left for the day but now she is just mysterious there. Well after talking to the director about it she asked if she could call me in the morning meaning 12-1-15 here it is 5 min to 9 and still no call to me nor my wife. So needless to say do your homework before you put your little one in danger. NOT ONLY MY DAUGHTER BUT NO CHILD SHOULD BE TREATED AND LEFT IN THAT WAY.
