NCTV doesn't even deserve a star. To get equal internet speeds of Comcast or Suddenlink, be prepared to dish out double what others are paying. They provide unreliable service with infamous upload speeds. They have an odd to horrible channel line-up. We waited 10 years before they finally added the Disney channel this year (with promises every year). But as a compromise, they took away ABC Family, CMT, LMN and others. With no other option for internet, they freely tax us for it. Wouldn't trust their voip, as they have more than their fair share of outages. Customer service is friendly but unhelpful - lack of communication within the company leads to conflicting responses. Go dish and stay away from these goons.
