I bought two new tires there in late August for my daughter's car. She needed two new front tires before starting back to college. The price was very reasonable. The tires were installed on a Saturday. On Tuesday, my daughter was driving to school and had a flat on the new tire. I called Medina and they asked me to bring the tire back. They said that it must have lost air due to a bent wheel and that the tire was ruined. Wednesday, I personally drove my daughters car so I could stop after work and pick up a new tire. I had a blow out on the other new tire. I ended up getting a brand new complete set from another business. I did however take the second tire back to Medina. The gentleman told me that he would send both tires UPS to the manufacturer to see if there was a defect. I have called at least 4 times to get an update and they always assure me that they HAVE my number and will contact me when they know something.

How many people can afford to pay over $200 for 2 tires that do not even last one week?

Not me!!! I am a single mother and $200 is a very big deal.

I do not recommend this business because they do not stand behind their product or their work.

Great place if you need a good used tire fast service had them change all four of my tires didn't take longer than 30 min, i will defiantly be back to buy new tires soon....They have a pretty big inventory of used tires so check them out if your in need of some good used tires.
