0 stars for this unprofessional & disreputable place!!! Took truck in to Jims in July he said he was gonna rebuild transmission. We picked it up and drove it for a few weeks. We took it back to Jim cause it was just not driving right. About a week later we picked it back up and paid more money for more repairs to the transmission! We drove it for about 10 days and then the truck just would not drive one day and left my husband and my daughter on the side of the road. So my husband called Jims and his wife answered. My husband told her everything that was going on and all she could say was "umm ok!..so my husband paid for it to get towed back to Jims Shop on a Sunday afternoon! We drove by everyday and the truck set right where my husband left it till Thursday afternoon! The part that was being replaced was a transmission pump witch should of been replaced when the transmission was rebuilt! We picked up truck...and one week later today it died again and transmission light came on! Called and complained and basicly i was told oh well sue us.

Took our 2004 Nissan Frontier in on Fri. Waited for 10 days to get it back. Every bit of information I got, I had to call them. Every time it was we are waiting for parts from Dallas. I could have and would have driven to Dallas and picked the parts up my self. This is a work truck and only makes money when its on the road. We need access the truck to get some tools out and informed the owner and his wife we would be there at 8 am. to get them. He came rolling up at 9:05 am. No appoligy no reason. Just sulking around. The truck is fixed, and time will tell if it was a good job or bad, but be aware, YOU won't find a professional person in this shop. The voice message sounds like a gangster talking. He seems more interested in his Bar B Quing then fixing transmissions. Steer clear of this shop.
