The most dishonest company I've ever done business with. Dale came to my home on 9-11-15 for ac repair for choice home warranty claim. Dale said he needed $100 cash under the table to clean my coils which were already clean or he'd make sure Choice denied the claim. I was stupid and paid him $100 cash and then a check for the service fee. Today I received a certified letter stating they would place a mechanics lean on my property if I don't pay another $65 Choice didn't pay for contractual reasons. It's a contractual rate between them and Choice. They cannot legally file such a lean. Horrible company. At least I have the money under the table conversation shown on my security cameras and is saved.
