Times have changed for the worse. This was a great venue that I have visited dozens of times over the years. But the experience that my group and I had last night was a deal-breaker. I will never go back to the Stress Factory. The comics are always great, and the waitstaff have never been a problem (even last night). But the rest of the staff has turned rude and unpleasant. From before we got in, until the time we left, the non-waitstaff employees seemed to be angry and unapproachable. One of my friends was so disenchanted by the experience that she left as soon as the check was paid, then waited in the rain for us. This used to be a great venue (even though there are a few too many tables for anyone to get comfortable). I'm not sure what happened, but the Stress Factory rubs me the complete wrong way now. There are plenty of other venues in this area for stand-up comedy, and I suggest you use them.
