Horrible horrible horrible! Did I say horrible??? My mom contacted Ernest to get my brother out of jail. She gave him the 10% as expected and he literally gave my mother and family the run around FOUR DAYS IN A ROW. He's very unprofessional and uses foul language constantly. If you call him to ask what is the hold up he says I'll call you back and never calls back. its now going on Day 5 and Ernest still hasn't bailed out my brother. He's a complete scam artist.
