Connecticut Properties Inc are the Absolute worse the people are so rude it make no sense. They DO NOT care about their tenants at all. There apartments are falling apart they do no work on them when the past tenants moved out, My apartment was so nasty when i first moved in with a list of damages that they knew about before i moved in but never fixed it. people smoke in the lobby. the place is suppose to be heat and hot water. I had no heat when i first moved in and place was freezing. throughout the winter my heat and hot water went out at least 3 times in 18 degree weather not to mention i have a newborn baby. for maintenance they have only one person. did i mention they never fix anything but hound you for rent.. and if your minority or have housing they treat you so badly. If i could give them a zero i would. Save your money and go else where.
