RUDE!

Called and was given the worst customer service, they obviusly don't care to treat potential customers with deceny.

I decided to go elsewhere for my flooring.

Too expensive, and didn't like their attitude towards some issues I had with them!! The carpet installer guy who is a sub contractor for them, treated me great though!!
