Extremely displeased!!! Came in on Sunday 10/12/14 to pick a up much needed pair of glasses. Got here at noon when they were supposed to open and waited for 30 minutes. No one showed. Managers at Walmart say they aren't affiliated with them and they don't know anything. Came back at 1:45p.m. Still nothing. Walmart manager shrugs his shoulders and says he knows nothing. Never coming back!!!!! Highly recommend anywhere else!!!!

Office staff is rude and almost humorously inefficient. Doctor was less than helpful. So I left and went elsewhere. Good thing I did, come to find out the contacts the walmart new braunfels optometrist had prescribed last time I saw him were too tight. Save yourself the trouble.

They do a great job and handle customers a very professional manner.
