Paid for a Super Wash today,($30.99) disappointed in service and will never return to this location. Cat pawn prints still on hood and roof, many spots which took me literally 45 seconds to rub off. Interior, many areas left unattended even after I explained to them and showed the attendee the locations. Manager/ Supervisor/(Ray) stated the super wash is only a light dusting, however it clearly states complete vinyl protection.

Went Wash Tub first time and was very disappointed. We had the super wash. The van had dirt all around the van. The inside panels where dirty. The attendant came and cleaned up what they had missed but was spraying something to wipe the dirt off. The van was waxed on the outside and he was using the spray.the inside looked like it was just wiped down not clean as we expected. There is still dirt on the driver's door handle.. We have been to other car wash and had a better wash. Not happy at all

I will not be returning. Asked for seats to be wiped, didn't happen. Asked trunk to be vacuumed, didn't happen. Front of car not cleaned. Very sub par job. Why didn't I say anything - because you pay $40 for specific things and you trust it to be done. Same thing occurred last visit so no more chances. They have a bunch of people working at this location that just do not care. I'll be going somewhere else going forward. The New Braunfels needs a change in management. I'd advise others to try the other car wash on business 35 or the new car wash on 46. That's what I will be doing even if it costs a little more.

I will NOT be returning to this place again. I have been a loyal custermer until just recently. I drive a large vehicle that has to be hand washed because it will not fit in the drive through carwash, and I accept that and the fact that it is going to cost me more to get it hand washed. They have always done a decent job at best, but it kept me from having to wash it myself. Well, the other day, I went there and aked for a "show room floor detail". $545.00 later I retrieve my truck and it is, again, just a decent detail. Don't get me wrong, it is better than the "hand wash" I generaly get, but it was by no means "show room floor" clean. I accepted my truck and gave the guy that worked on it all day, a $20.00 tip. It was two days later, after it drizzled in New Braunfels that previous night, that I returned for thier advertised "48 hr. rain check guarantee". I pulled in and instead of getting the "Welcom to the wash tube, how can we help you?..............Yes sir, we will take care of that for you right away." I got the "well, I have to ask my manager if we can do this or not." and "You will have to drop it off because it is going to have to be 'hand washed' and we can't get it done for a couple of hours, if the manager agrees to do it." I told him that I just spent over 500 bucks getting this cleaned and this is how you are going to treat me? That is unacceptable. I already found another place in here in NB that is locally owned and opperated, and 1/3 of the price. The Wash Tub lost more than one customer, because I am now telling all of my friends and they are going to go to the other location that I have found.

I couldn't believe how great the vehicle looked, and the service was above what I expected! The price was even less than I had paid at other places for less results!

While the prices are high and the wait sometimes lengthy, they do an overall good job.
