To the rear of the Breustedt house stands an 1850’s limestone and log structure housing a summer kitchen and smokehouse.

At the intersection with Loop 337 (by New Braunfels Smokehouse on your right) take a left. Turn right immediately at the next street, Church Hill Drive. Take Gruene Road east from Gruene approximately two miles until it dead ends at Post Road. Take a right on Post Road until is dead ends at Church Hill Drive. Take a left. Museum will be the first stone entrance on the left.
