After several failed attempts by various sprinkler repair services, I called Medallion Sprinkler Systems to fix the mistakes previously made and make some overall improvements to my system. Not only did Medallion quickly return my call (It's amazing how many businesses don't!), but when they arrived it was obvious that they really knew what they were doing. They were expedient, professional and went the extra mile to deliver a system overhaul and repairs. They were punctual, completed the job quickly and were very pleasant and highly knowledgeable. They even adjusted the sprinklers heads as well for maximum coverage and charged me much less than what other companies wanted to charge. I feel I got a better service, a better product and a new partner in the process.
