I have been going here for the last 11 years. I won't go anywhere else. Helen, MyThi, B, and Kim are all awesome. My husband recently spent over 3 months in the hospital. I made an appointment and explained he was on oxygen needed the private room and we only could be out so long before his tanks would run out. He was in a wheelchair they helped me get him in and treated him like a King. It almost brought tears to my eyes. They were so happy to see him. They had everything ready when we got there and when finished helped me get him back to the car. There are lots of places you can go, but I will always go here. They are truly a blessing. Thank you ladies for all you do.

Wow... im astonished this place has so many good reviews. Let me begin by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail place. My total was $100 for a shellac mani/pedi, which is average for some of the places in town. I sat down and knew I should have left when the girl who was doing my pedicure pulled nail clippers from the blue solution at her work station. I insisted she grab an unsealed pack and open them in front of me so I 1050 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, New Braunfels, TX 78130 sure they were sterile. I let it go and tried to have an open mind. I then witnessed a pedi be wrapped up. The water was already drained and the towels were left in the sink. About 10 min later the technician attempted to sit the next customer and fill up water when I reminded her she hadn't cleaned the tub yet. She laughed and said oh ok. My technician meanwhile began my pedicure and was soaking my feet when she grabbed the same nail clippers and file she was using on my toes and tried to use them on my hands. Big no no with me. I also had to stretch my hands to one side because apparently they do shellac manicures at the same seat you do pedicures. Seriously?? Ugh. Well it was so incredibly uncomfortable I finally asked her for a break bc my back was killing me from stretching over that long to one side. Lets see. Oh yeah my manicure left my hands so rough due to my hands soaking in acetone for about 15 min. I came home and had to use gloves drenched with cream and left them soaking for about 30min. My husband even commented that my hands were rough today and asked what I had been doing all day. On the positive. I was offered wine but denied. I was not wanting to drink from any glass these people had. So regret going to this place and thankful I have the knowledge and experiences of other nail salons in town. Will be going back to my regular place.

Helen offers superb customer service. The spa is clean, and they offer 2 rooms for pedicures...one with 2 chairs & one with 3 chairs. Excellent choice for manicures, pedicures & waxing. You can also ask for Kristen. I've taken my mom here, as well as friends & my pre-teen daughter too!
